Pure arabica with a distinctive, wild taste and chocolate notes
Moka Jimmah coffee beans come from the Kaffa region in southwestern Ethiopia, the capital of which is Jimmah. This pure arabica is said to be “natural” because it has the particularity of undergoing a dry treatment after picking, unlike other arabicas often treated by the wet.
It is a coffee with a rather powerful character which retains a pleasant freshness with chocolate notes.
